WINDSOR FAMILY TRUST NO.2 (ABN: 60 939 032 085) of 26 Meadowlands Way Berwick in Victoria 3806 (“Find a Mobile Therapist”)
- A. You are a qualified therapist and desire to enter into this agreement with Find a Mobile Therapist to advertise your details on the website www.findamobiletherapist.co.uk on the terms contained herein.
IT IS AGREED:
- This agreement will commence from the date of your first payment.
- Find a Mobile Therapist agrees to provide the details advised by you and pertaining to your mobile business on the website www.findamobiletherapist.co.
- You agree to pay by way of Paypal to Find a Mobile Therapist the sum of Twenty Five Pounds (£25.00) per calendar month inclusive of GST.
- You may cancel your listing at any time, however you hereby agree to give 30 days notice.
- Find a Mobile Therapist agrees to provide you with the facility to log in to the website www.findamobiletherapist.co.uk by email address and password to allow you to update your information as and when required. You agree to not alter the website in any way other than by updating the details of your mobile business from time to time.
- Find a Mobile Therapist agrees to allow your details to remain on the website www.findamobiletherapist.co.uk for the term of the agreement and while payments continue to be received from you. In the event that a payment is not received for any reason and payment is not made within seven (7) days then Find a Mobile Therapist shall have the option of removing your details immediately and without any compensation or repayment to you.
- In the event that the website www.findamobiletherapist.co.uk is not live for any reason (other than your fault) and continuing for a period of seven (7) days then Find a Mobile Therapist agrees to reimburse you for every day thereafter at the rate of One Pound (£1.00) a day.
- Nothing in this agreement will constitute the relationship of partnership or employer and employee between the parties and it is the express intention of the parties that any such relationships are denied.
- The service provided by Find a Mobile Therapist herein is purely as an advertising avenue for you and Find a Mobile Therapist shall in no way be responsible for any acts or omissions by you.
- Find a Mobile Therapist may vary the terms and conditions in this agreement at any time and Find a Mobile Therapist agrees to notify you as soon as practical of any such variation.
- Find a Mobile Therapist may terminate this agreement at any time by providing you with thirty (30) days notice.
